Not a bridge
This is the Yoda fountain at the Lucasfilm complex in the Presidio.
If you haven't already, you should check out the Letterman Digital Arts Complex. It is really cool. It was built in the last few years, but it fits among the 150-year-old architecture surrounding it like it was meant to be there.
Working in the Presidio is AWESOME.
