Running in a winter wonderland

Dave and I ran for 40 minutes through several inches of snow out behind his folks' house today. It was 30 degrees F, which is balmy compared to our last run here in the Chicago suburbs.

Poor me, I have to suffer through winters of near-perfect running weather year after year in San Francisco. Slogging through snow is still a novelty to me. I'm sure I'd get sick of it quickly, though. Or at least sick of doing double the laundry I already do.
