Cyclists, please wear your helmets. Every time you ride. Dave would be dead or at least very badly injured if he didn't wear one religiously.

Have you considered wrapping him in bubble wrap before he heads out the door? Glad he's o.k.!!! And thanks for the reminder, I always wear my helmet but it's many years old and I think it's time for a new one, maybe in purple or girlie pink.
